How it all works!

All artwork provided to DistINKtive Image for use in anyway, the client agrees that they own the rights to the image/s provided and there is no copyright infringements. Any Artwork created by DistINKtive Image will be billed on an hourly basis and will be solely owned by DistINKtive Image. Artwork should be submitted in a AI or PNG format to reduce the need to recreate or modify artwork to make production ready. ***Artwork and final products may be displayed on this website and our social media platforms.***
Clients will be provided estimates and visual mockups of artwork for review and approval prior to any work being processed. Once artwork and pricing is approved by the client any changes will be subject to additional charges.
Upon final approval from client, most orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days starting the next business day following approval. Large orders may require more than the normal 7 business days but will be discussed and determined at the time of the order. Rush orders can also be requested for an additional cost to be determined based on the timing needed.
A minimum order of 12 pieces is required for screen printing.
Upon final approval of artwork and pricing from clients, full payment is required to process your order and initiate production. If shipping is required the shipping cost will be determined and collected at the time of shipment. Each order is custom made to each clients specifications and as such there will be no refunds or exchanges.
Please note that garment defects or inconsistencies from the manufacturer or distributor might be present and are not the responsibility of DistINKtive Image. Some defects that could exist, but are not limited to are: color dye differences, loose stitching, mislabeling of sizes and other variations in the seams and hem of the garment.
Plastisol Inks are used in the screen printing process. Plastisol ink is made with a form of plastic, known as PVC. This type of ink adheres on top of the garment or textile fibers and doesn't soak in. Plastisol ink will leave a texture on top of the fabric. DO NOT iron the screen printed image as the ink can melt and transfer to other surfaces.
Because there can be small variations in the garment or textile manufacturing process that may cause slight seam alignment, size or shape inconsistencies from piece to piece this will cause the artwork placement on the garment or textile to vary by a small degree from side to side or top to bottom. We will do our best to ensure the variance is as slight as possible and the artwork is placed as consistently as possible on the garment or textile but this small variance needs to anticipated and accepted.
Because each customers order is unique, DistINKtive Image does not keep inventory on hand. Distributor or manufacturer inventory will be reviewed during the order review process but shortages or out of stock items may create delays in processing time or require an alternative selection be made. Please be prepared to submit color and size preferences to initiate your estimate.
